Nielsen Digital Campaign Analyst(C) in Bengaluru, India

We are seeking an analytically minded, data-driven Digital Campaign Analyst. In this role, you will be responsible for the end to end management of digital display campaigns on Google Ad Manager that are used by Nielsen to collect survey data. The role will also have a creative component where the analyst will be expected to inform the creative (i.e. the display advert itself) design used in campaigns. While a background in digital campaign management is required, the ideal candidate will also have an interest or willingness to learn about data collection and survey methodologies within a market research context.

Responsibilities

  • Digital Campaign Management:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize end-to-end internal digital campaigns using Google Ad Manager and other Demand Side Platforms in the future.

  • Monitor and report on campaign performance using well known key performance indicators for digital campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.

  • Stay informed about industry trends and suggest innovative approaches to enhance campaign effectiveness.

  • We design our own creatives for display advertising campaigns.

  • The campaign analyst will be expected to inform the creative design to drive click-through for our display adverts.

  • Data Collection Support:

  • Support the Product Director by linking campaign optimization with maximizing survey response rates.

  • Assist in implementing strategies to enhance data quality and streamline the data collection process.

  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements for product-related initiatives.

  • Contribute to the analysis of collected data to derive actionable insights.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, or a related field.

  • Demonstrated experience in managing digital campaigns, preferably on Google Ad Manager but experience with any Demand Side Platform will be valued.

  • Bonus points for experience or exposure to design software involved in creative design for display advertising.

  • Strong analytical skills and ability to contribute to data-driven decision-making.

  • Interest in survey design and data collection methodologies.

  • Familiarity with data analysis tools and survey software is a plus.
